His most recent projects have focused on empirical analysis of such issues as the Doha Development Agenda of the World Trade Organization; global distortions to agricultural incentives; economics of agricultural biotechnology (GMO) policies globally; globalization; and wine economics. He has published more than twenty five books and more than 200 journal articles and chapters in other books.
